It&#039;s so nice to read someone actually facing up to what&#039;s causing them to feel stressed.  So many times the topic of stress is spoken of as if it&#039;s too much for us to tackle.

The stimulus that triggers stress can also be the stimulus that triggers the flow state.  It all depends on how we interpret and handle the event.
