I might be totally wrong here, but my understanding is the Japanese culture is more like a military culture than a fun place to work at. And that&#039;s one of the reasons why they were able to get to such hights so quickly after the world war.

But perhaps I&#039;m wrong.. or maybe Toyota is an exception? :-)
