I think it's so important to love your job and to be happy when you're at work. I'm still suffering from the negative health effects of having had a job I hated for years. And while I know I'm not the only one, I also know from reading Shelley Anderson's book Dealing with Divas, that there are people out there who absolutely love their jobs and it shows not only in the way she writes about her job, but also in the way she wants to help others be happy in their jobs too. Thanks again for a great article.

self-motivation and devolping a good sense of humour and always tryin analyse other’s perspective will help you to devolp personally.
