I wanted to stop being so serious in all my posts and that meant allowing myself to be silly. Sometimes working happy means letting go of everything you think people want to see from you and just having fun. Just a warning...getting inside Papa Smurf's head can be a little overwhelming, especially when in a meeting, but it's a strategy everyone should try just once. Thanks Tom! Just a warning…getting inside Papa Smurf’s head can be a little overwhelming, especially when in a meeting, but it’s a strategy everyone should try just once.

I've asked myself how various animals might solve a situation and gotten some keen inside by transferring my perspective. But I must say I have never assumed the persona of Papa Smurf before.
