I always apply to jobs at Google with the hope of hearing back from them to no avail. I have visited the campus a couple times (had a friend who worked there) and I can see why people love working for them.

Hi Karl – I must admit, I’ve never heard a negative thing on how Google treats their employees. They apparently know the secret to keeping them happy (and healthy). I’m guessing their turnover is very low.

I agree, although perks are great, it’s the people we will always remember.
