And as part of that we have a committee at work to help people understand what it means to be owners, etc. The group acronym is SOCC. October is the national ESOP (Employee stock ownership plan) month. As part of that, a few years back - we had a crazy sock (a play on the name SOCC) day. That was a lot of fun - people wearing weird socks, socks outside their pants, etc. Things like this are a fun way to get people involved in different ways - and are just simply fun. Good for morale.
