Meier, so, so correct. I worked at a place where the management didn't care so much, so neither did anyone else. I came in as a eager, new employee and two weeks later had a similar attitude as everyone else, that so evidently came from the top. It's amazing that managers by and large haven't realized that employee happiness increases productivity. @J.D. Meier, so, so correct.
