Happiness is such an important part of life, no matter what area of life one is in. In fact I cannot imagine that life can truly be full, unless we have happiness in all the areas, like relationships, finance, self views and of course work! Work – where most people spend the majority of their life!

I had a chance to interview Gretchen for my blog and it was interesting to talk to her. Happiness is definitely a matter of perspective.

Happiness is not some secret that only a select few have access to in life. We all can be happy if we just do the work required which means we have to change how we look at things. Each day is filled with miracles.
